availability;
duration of stay;
Partner Centre capacity;
package terms;

any other applicable conditions.

7.PARTNER CENTRE CANCELLATION
If a Partner Centre cancels a confirmed booking for reasons attributable to the Partner Centre, Ayursarga will make reasonable efforts to:
identify an alternative Partner Centre or equivalent arrangement, subject to availability; or
process an applicable refund.
Where the customer does not accept an offered alternative, the refund will be determined according to the circumstances and applicable law.
8.SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE AS PROMISED
If a confirmed service is materially unavailable or materially different from the agreed booking due to circumstances attributable to the Partner Centre, the customer should notify Ayursarga promptly.
Ayursarga may coordinate with the Partner Centre to determine an appropriate remedy, which may include:
correction of the service;
alternative service;
another appropriate resolution.
Nothing in this Policy limits rights available to customers under applicable law.

A no-show may result in forfeiture of some or all amounts paid, depending on the applicable Partner Centre booking terms.
10.EARLY DEPARTURE
If a customer voluntarily leaves a Partner Centre before completion of the booked package, unused amounts will generally not be refundable unless:
the applicable package permits a refund;
the Partner Centre agrees otherwise;

Ayursarga may coordinate with the Partner Centre to consider a reasonable exception.
Approval of an exception is not automatic and may depend on the circumstances, documentation, costs already incurred and Partner Centre policy.
Nothing in this clause affects mandatory rights under applicable law.

refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method;
processing may require time by the payment gateway/bank;

An exception granted in one case does not create an obligation to grant the same exception in another case.
